Two is Amazing!!

We honestly have an amazing 2 year old. She never fails to amaze us. She was potty trained right after she turned 2 and we were scared she would have lots of accidents to act out once her new sister was here, but we only had one accident since Brynlee was born and that was because she was to busy playing with everyone here and forgot to come and ask to go potty. Braelynn is at such a fun age right now. She loves to sing at the top of her lungs whenever she is in the tub or shower, loves to wrestle with the dog and most of all ALWAYS know where her baby sister is and give us updates on what she is doing. Don't get us wrong. There are times she drives us crazy. Like when we put her in time out and she laughs and doesn't care that she is in trouble, but we are so lucky to have an amazing 2 year old that makes us laugh more than not. Just the other night she kept trying to talk to her dad and he kept telling Braleynn just a minute I am watching this show. She replies "Dad just record it!" We all busted up laughing. She acts way above and beyond her age, but still is very sweet and uses her manners at most times. 6 straight hours at night and just waking up to eat and go back to sleep for 3 or 4 more. She loves to lay on her tummy and is starting to give us a couple grins now and then, but we haven't been able to catch any on camera because they are so unexpected. She also loves her bath and most of all she loves her FOOD. We love our kids very much and could not ask for easier kids. We did have Braelynn sit down and sing us a few of the songs she knows on video so everyone could see. She knows some more, such as Itsy bitsy spider, but she was over singing for us.

Brynlee Sue Morrison

Sorry it has taken me so long to post this piece. I know it has already been 3 weeks since we had Brynlee, but it has taken me that long to adjust to having 2 kids. It seems like I barely have time to think anymore.
On September 19th at about 11pm I started having contractions. Thank goodness it wasn't any earlier because everyone had stipulations for when I could have this baby. Brett's parents needed us to wait until after the 20th because his mom couldn't get off of work until then and my parents were going to Larmie for the big game on the 18th and didn't want me to go in to labor while they were gone. Brett and I headed for Ogden a little after midnight once my parents showed up to watch Braelynn. However, Braelynn was awake right we left so they soon followed behind since my contractions were so close.
Brynlee Sue Morrison was born on September 20th at 7:23am. She weighed 7lbs 12 oz. and was 20.5 inches long.
It was a very easy labor compared to Braelynn's. We were very excited everything went smoothly. Brynlee is a very sweet baby. She looked so much like Braelynn when she was born, but now she has already changed so much and we aren't sure who she looks like.
Braelynn adjusted GREAT to having a little sister. We were so scared she was going to be having accidents in her pants and acting out, but she loves her little sister so much. We only had one accident in her pants and she only has a little attitude. At least she isn't being mean to Brynlee. Sometimes she is a little too loving. She is constinently wanting to hold her and love on her.
We are so thankful for the new addition to our family. We could not ask for a better kids.

Braelynn being over helpful.
